The Dreads
Dread styles, colours, lengths and thicknesses vary because of the handmade nature of the product. Please bear this in mind when purchasing.
Payment
Methods of payment we accept include paypal (paypal only for international buyers), postal orders, cheques and bank transfer. All methods must clear before items can be sent and we require at least half payment before an order can be started.
Postage
Overseas customers please contact us for details of postage costs and options.
Prices for dread falls include 1st class UK shipping, unless otherwise stated.
Dread kits are sent Special Delivery because of their value. This also guarantees you next day delivery (by 1pm) from the date of postage. They cannot be sent in any other way for the sake of saving a few pounds, so please dont request this. It is a requirement that we can track and insure your items.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, though we will do our best to claim compensation from Royal Mail, which will then be sent to the buyer via paypal.
Returns & Refunds
We DO NOT have a refund/return policy, unless your item has been damaged in transit. All items are as stated in their description. If you have a problem please contact us and we will do my best to resolve the situation :)
Proof of postage is retained until the package is received for your piece of mind. Feel free to request more photos/details of any items being sent. It is our general policy to send information on progress before items are sent in case there are any problems or changes to be made.
