Payment
Methods of payment include paypal (buyers outside the UK must pay via paypal), Google checkout (for credit/debit card transactions), postal orders, cheques and bank transfer. All methods must clear before items can be sent and we require at least half payment before an order can be started.
Postage
Postage will be calculated depending on the size of your order, so please email us for details. Overseas customers please specify your country.
Dread kits are sent special delivery because of their value. This also guarantees you next day delivery (by 1pm) from the date of postage. They cannot be sent in any other way for the sake of saving a few pennies, so please dont request this. It is a requirement that we can track items in this way to ensure the safety of your dreads.
We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post, though we will do our best to claim compensation from Royal Mail, which will then be returned to the buyer via paypal.
Returns & Refunds
Unclaimed items returned to us by Royal Mail are subject to extra postage charges. It is the buyers responsibility to collect undelivered items from your local sorting office and usually items are held for two weeks before being returned to sender so please bear this in mind. We DO NOT have a refund/return policy for hygene reasons unless your item has been damaged in transit. All items are as stated in their description. If you have a problem please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the situation. In any special cases all items must be returned before a refund can be given.
Proof of postage is retained until the package is received for your piece of mind. Feel free to request more photos/details of any items being sent. It is our general policy to send photos of progress and completion before items are sent incase there are any problems or changes to be made.
