Katie has been so helpfull all the way through, from giving me advise on chosing colour and amounts to the final result. Shes very good with correspondence, always getting back to me the next day, answering all my many questions! My dreads are absolutly beatifull and really good quality, loads better than my last ones! I was extremely impressed with the service I received. The dreads were made exactly to my specification: the colours and length were 100% what I was hoping for. Communication was excellent, especially given that Katie went off on holiday a week or so after I made the order. She, very decently, sent me some progress pictures up to that point so that I could see that work was under way – this meant I was not worried at all that I would not receive my dreads by the agreed date which was great.

A great deal of care had obviously been taken in both making the dreads and on the presentation of the finished goods: upon receiving my dreads each bunch were beautifully tied together with ribbon and a hand-made card also included which is a really cute and useful way of keeping her contact details for future use close to hand.

I received my dreads exactly the day when I was notified I would and they arrived safely and were well packaged. I would not hesitate to use Zaahn Dreads again in the future and have recommended her to all my friends who complimented my dreads. Excellent and very well worth the money in my opinion.
