Zaahn Dreads is a UK based business dedicated to bringing you high quality synthetic dreads at affordable prices for over 7 years. We ship worldwide and specialise in custom synthetic dread kits and falls, as well as offering installation services in the Nottinghamshire area. We have been creating synthetic extensions since 2003, have been selling since 2005, selling online since the beginning of 2006, and opened the website in March 2007.
Dreads are the perfect way to change your look for as long as you like, and theres no limit to the different styles and combinations you can have.
All our dreads are made from the finest quality 100% kanekalon fiber and are backcombed and steam sealed by hand. We DO NOT sell manufactured dreads!
Each dread is tested for durability, and we offer a free re-sealing service if required. Our dreads are sleek in style and firmly sealed. For more information about the look and feel of our dreads please refer to the gallery images.
Dread falls are mounted onto stretchy lace and are double layered for extra coverage. You receive a total of 30DEs (or 60SEs on request) when purchasing dread falls.
Dread kits can be as big or small are you wish. The average number of dreads in a dread kit is 50DEs or 80SEs and this is generally enough for a full install for someone with average thickness hair. Please enquire if you are unsure how many you will need.
Dreads come in a number of styles. Solid, harlequin and candycane dreads are included as standard with any kit. Special requests such as transitionals, curlies, blends, naturals, splashed, wrappy or natural style dreads, please ask for a quote.
We are also able to create dreads from UV reactive hair upon request.
Turnaround times vary (you will be quoted a turnaround before payment is made), but it is generally 4-6 weeks not including shipping time.
